Rental Qualifications

• Credit score for all applicants and occupants over the age of 18 must meet a minimum credit score of 600 with our preferred credit agency.
• Criminal record search.
• Verification of employment sources and proof of income .
• Rental references.
• No co-signors accepted not planning to live in the residence.
• Applicant required to physically view the unit. No virtual tours offered.

Animals

All applicants and current tenants who will be residing with an animal will need to fill out a third party pet screening application at https://hauensteinagency.petscreening.com in order to add the animal to the lease agreement. The third party agency charges up to $25 to process an application for a household pet.
